先日、弊社では 第二回女子会 を開催いたしました。
ここ数年で女性社員の数が増え続け、現在は 過去最多 となっております。こうした嬉しい状況を背景に、女性社員同士が部門を越えて交流できる機会として、今回の女子会を企画いたしました。
当日は、造園部・生花部・総務部から合計12名 が参加。退勤後に創作和食レストランで贅沢なコース料理を楽しみながら、ゆったりとした雰囲気の中で語り合いました。普段の業務では接点の少ないメンバーとも会話が弾み、仕事に関する意見交換から趣味やライフスタイルの話題まで幅広く盛り上がりました。
年齢も部門もさまざまなメンバーが集まりましたが、互いに打ち解けて和気あいあいと、有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。
一日しっかり仕事を頑張ったあとの食事だったこともあり、皆で囲む料理はより一層美味しく感じられました。
翌日も出勤日ではありましたが、会話が尽きることなく、皆でお店が閉まるまで楽しいひとときを過ごしました。
弊社は今後も、女性社員をはじめとする多様な人材がいきいきと活躍できる環境づくりを推進してまいります。交流の場を継続的に設けることで、社内コミュニケーションをさらに活性化させていきたいと考えております。
Recently, our company held the Second Women’s Gathering.
In recent years, the number of female employees has steadily increased, reaching an all-time high. Against this positive backdrop, we organized this event to provide an opportunity for female employees to connect beyond departmental boundaries.
A total of 12 members from the Landscaping, Floral, and General Affairs departments participated. After work, we enjoyed a luxurious Japanese course dinner together in a relaxed atmosphere. Conversations flowed naturally, ranging from work-related discussions to hobbies and lifestyle topics.
Although participants were diverse in both age and department, everyone quickly bonded and shared a warm, enjoyable time.
After a full day of hard work, the meal tasted even more delightful when shared together. Despite having to return to work the next day, the conversations continued until closing time, making it a truly memorable evening.
Looking ahead, our company remains committed to creating an environment where female employees—and indeed all diverse talents—can thrive. We will continue to foster opportunities for communication and connection across the organization.
本公司日前舉辦了 第二屆女子會。
近年來女性員工人數持續增加，目前已達到 歷史新高。在這樣令人欣喜的背景下，我們籌劃了這次活動，希望提供女性員工跨部門交流的機會。
當天共有 來自造園部、花藝部與總務部的12位同仁 參加。下班後，我們一同在和風餐廳享用精緻的套餐料理，在輕鬆的氛圍中暢談交流。話題從工作上的經驗分享，到興趣與生活點滴，十分熱絡。
雖然參與者的年齡與部門背景各不相同，但大家都能夠打成一片，共度愉快時光。
經過一天努力工作的充實後，這頓聚餐更顯得格外美味。即便隔天仍需上班，大家依然聊到店家打烊才依依不捨地散去，可見氣氛之熱烈。
未來，本公司將持續推動多元人才（包含女性員工）能夠充分發揮的工作環境，並透過此類交流活動，進一步促進公司內部的溝通與連結。
